Martins Court Grocery Social

This week, we had the opportunity to provide groceries to the Martins Court residents, as well as socialize and get together to talk about how we can support everyone in the next Stepping Stones events.

Many provided feedback on what needs can be met, especially with there being a recent change in SNAP benefits. Many all across Washington state are facing smaller budgets for food. Here in King County, 115,000 households are receiving assistance, and a new wave of uncertainty has impacted our communities, especially in low income housing.

We are dedicated to providing support to as many individuals, couples, and families as possible in the face of this new change – through Stepping Stones and community engagement, we have the ability to provide relief and compassion.
